Free Delivery for Orders over £200

Delivery Information

Orders under Minimum Order value of £200 ex VAT.

Pallet deliveries will be by our courier Pallex or our Own Transport and charged at £18 (£15 + VAT)

Smaller deliveries will be sent via a courier e.g DPD and charged at £12 (£10 + VAT)

Samples

All individual sample tiles will be chargeable at the per tile price. Delivery for samples will continue to be free of charge. 

Delivery Times

The cut-off time for Next Day Delivery is 2pm. Deliveries will be made between the hours of 7am and 6pm Monday – Friday.

Whilst we aim to offer next-day service, some deliveries may experience a delay outside of our control.

 

Please note: If you're unavailable to receive your delivery on your selected day, we may charge a re-delivery fee.

Ordering trims? Trims may arrive as a separate delivery, not a pallet, to ensure these are delivered safely and securely.

Due to some distances from our main warehouse, some areas in Scotland will be subject to a delivery surcharge. This will be calculated at the checkout and delivery can take between 3-5 working days. 

Northern Ireland deliveries will be subject to a delivery surcharge. This will be calculated at the checkout and delivery can take between 7-14 working days.
