Free Delivery for Orders over £250

Delivery Information

Orders under Minimum Order value of £250 ex VAT.

Pallet deliveries will be by our courier Pallex or our Own Transport and charged at £30 (£25 + VAT)

Smaller deliveries will be sent via a courier e.g DPD, Royal Mail and charged at £12 (£10 + VAT)

Samples

All individual sample tiles will be chargeable at the per tile price. Delivery for samples will continue to be free of charge. 

Some larger format tiles are not available as a full size tile, a cut 100x100 or half size option may be available. 

Delivery Times

The cut-off time for Next Day Delivery is 2pm. Deliveries will be made between the hours of 6am and 6pm Monday – Friday.

Whilst we aim to offer next-day service, some deliveries may experience a delay outside of our control.

 

Please note: If you're unavailable to receive your delivery on your selected day, we may charge a re-delivery fee.

Ordering trims? Trims may arrive as a separate delivery, not a pallet, to ensure these are delivered safely and securely.

Due to some distances from our main warehouse, some areas in Scotland will be subject to a delivery surcharge. This will be calculated at the checkout and delivery can take between 3-5 working days. 

Northern Ireland deliveries will be subject to a delivery surcharge. This will be calculated at the checkout and delivery can take between 7-14 working days.
